Applications

Sanitary food processing aseptic sample cock valve is mainly applied to extract sample from tank or pipeline. It also can be assembled at the bottom of the tank or pipeline to drain away the remains. It can be used in most fluid product applications in the food-processing,pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

The sampling valve is designed for sampling high viscosity products or for large samples of medium or low viscosity products, with particles up to 8mm in diameter. The valves come with a variety of valve bodies and heads that fit most situation. The bodies come with welded or clamp connection, the heads come with pnueumatic or manual operations and PTFE membrane.
