Description
Pipeline type high speed shearing emulsifier is of functional to smash, to refine and to mix/disperse and to emulsify the suspensions, aerosols and emulsions, efficiently, quickly and evenly.
Inside emulsifier, there is one group of 2-4 layers stator and rotor. When working, rotors drive the liquid with high speed rotation, at the same time, the vacuum arise up by great centrifugal force, the vacuum will suck the fluid materials into working pump chamber, and then materials under super higher linear will be attacked by many forces when the fluid material flow through the gap between stator and rotor, such as hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact tearing, grinding effect in fluid layers and turbulence impact, finally the superfine, stable and high quality finished products come true.
